Comments: Our stay at the Palmetto was great. It is clean and dry and the air conditioner works wonderfully! It was very family oriented, and we thouroughly enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. There were grills for our use, and they had many lounge chairs by the pool. The rates are reasonable, and we will definately stay there again. |

Comments: I had to cancel my trip planned for Sept. 2003, in advance of their own cancellation policy. I had paid a $100. deposit. The manager refused to answer calls or emails and when was finally talked to, still refused to return my deposit. My Visa returned my deposit and when they could not get the money from the motel after all, took the $100. back out of my account. After many attempts to get the management to return my deposit, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida. Was no help--said they couldn't really do anything. No one seemed to be able to get my money back. I feel like Gulf Edge knew this and just laughed at stealing my $100. Well, never in my life has anyone stolen my deposit before. I can't believe this would happen. BUT, Gulf Edge hurts its own self--I will never go there on the many trips I have enjoyed in Panama City Beach since, and I have and will continue to advise all my friends to stay away from Gulf Edge Motel. |

Comments: We stayed at Osprey Motel Oct. 9-17. Not a fancy place, but very family oriented. Nice, large, clean rooms. 2 heated pools, hottub, tiki bar, childrens play area, magnificent views from the balcony. The staff is courteous, cleaning lady comes every day to service the room. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning another trip next year. |

Comments: The room was not serviced. If you wanted towels you had to put your dirty ones outside and they would replace them. NO direct view of the beach. Had to share balacony with another room's guest. Ants in room. You have to back into the toilet (yes really). The kitchen sink was also the bathroom sink. If this is not enough to discourage you then you have to see it for yourself. |

Comments: We stayed for our spring break beginning on March 26 and ending on April 2 and this motel made our vacation awful. Our room had a "damprid" bag hanging from the ceiling (disgusting, our bathroom sink which was next to our kitchen sink had no cold water AT ALL, the employees weren't engaging in appropriate behavior at all, we received noise complaints at 4:30 in the afternoon for blow drying our hair and doing dishes at the same time.. Basically if you are stuck staying here.. Good Luck, they definetly don't encourage you to have fun. |

Comments: I was very,VERY,disappointed in this motel. Their website showed a very nice room and even said they had recently remodeled. What we found was far from the picture on the web. The pool was tiny, there was rust on everything, the kitchenette was scary, and the elevator smelled like a cross between a wet dog and vomit. We were asked to pay for one night up front, which we did, and were not refunded even after we refused to stay there. Maybe good for a bunch of kids on spring break but not for a family on a vacation. We found far better rooms for a better price on a nicer section of beach. Andy's ought to be ashamed of themselves. |

Comments: My family and i stayed at inn paradise in May for a week. We found it to be a family oriented well managed facility. No it is not the fanciest place on the beach but then the price was great so we did not expect a lot. We had a great stay found No problems with our unit.By the time we left we decided that for a small family we were made to feel so welcome that we will be back next year. |

Comments: My husband, mother-in-law and her best friend and I visited 9/10-17/2005. The towers were wonderful,our room was very clean, kitchen spotless, air perfect, housekeeper (Rick)was excellent, pool and hot tub great, easy access to rooms, pools and beach (we took two 80 year olds with us), friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable rates. Can't wait to go back. This is the best place we've ever stayed in Florida. We would highly recommend. |

Comments: the Inn Paradise is not the Ritz,but it doesn't pretend to be. I found it roomy and clean and very affordable.10 days after paying for a month's stay I had to leave due to a medical emergency back home. management was good enough to refund the balance of the payment and wish me luck. I wonder if some of the fancier places would have been so gracious.will certainly go back. |

Comments: While I am planning my next and second vaction to PCB, I have read some of the reviews here and need to comment.
I stayed at Gulf Edge during August 2005 and had a most wonderful time. My room was very clean, the managers extremely accomodating and the atmosphere was wonderful. I am definitely returning to Gulf Edge and have recommended this motel to many of my friends.

Comments: We've been staying at Dormans Gulf Edge for going on 5 years now. Dormans is the last of quaint and quiet places left on a beach that is being overrun by high rises. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished and kitchens are equiped as well. You can't beat having the beach literally outside your door. The property managers, Faith & Dane, add that little extra touch to make each visit memorable. Highly recommended for true beach lovers. |

Comments: This is sickest "Inn" I have ever stayed in. Looks nothing like the pics. There were bugs everywhere. If you go there bring your own sheets. People that work there are disrespectful. when i was there they kicked out everyone on the second floor with no refund. Total rip-off. Our burners on the stove were made out of foil. It smelled awful. The worst place I have ever been. Also the pool looked like someone or something could have died in it, with lots of bugs and dirt in it. When we got there we wanted new sheets because ours had like nacho cheese on it. The guy made my friend and I go into the basement to get them ourselves because he had like grease all over himself. |

Comments: I have visited PCB every summer since I was a young child. I have stayed at several places-some great and some... I have stayed at the Chateau for 3 years and am planning another trip later this summer. After reading some of these reviews I would like to recommend Chateau. It's clean, and smells clean! Everything works--and if you have any problems the staff are very prompt correcting the issue. Last year the air cinditioner was making this strang noise and they were going to either replace it or move us to another room. The pool is spacious, there are plenty of lounge chairs, they have mini tiki gazebos aroung the pool and not to mention, it is on the beach. The views are wonderful. Sometimes they will run a special with the 4th night free on some of the rooms. Check them out! |

It was Sept, and it was bike week, we were upgrade for no xtra cost, right on the beach, the staff was really nice to us. The rates, you couldn't beat, the room was very clean, the kitchen was clean. Comments: Andy's Motel is a seaside treasure. When Katrina hit, they took my family in at no cost. Since beginning to get back on our feet, we decided to visit for the 4th. This time we're paying customers. The management is just as friendly and accommodating (kids need towels!) The price was right. The view was awesome. The rooms were clean and quaint. The carpets were Berber! |

Comments: Rooms were aweful, Management were really mean, I was almost kicked out for throwing a water balloon.. That's serious business and for a person who rarely gets in trouble. Man our whole vacation sucked because of this place. They also moved us without us knowing about it from the first floor, to the second. This place stinks, my parents are staying there again this year, just because we have friends that are, but were really going to search for a new place. "Inn Paradise Is Teh Suxorzs" If you know what i mean. |

Comments: We didn't rent from Resortquest but went through JONI'S BEACH RENTALS. They Lied to us about everything. No gulfside pool, no balcony (door wouldn't open to balcony) and this was a pre existing problem that they didn't tell us about. A maintenence man dropped in on our 3rd day. We had him there a total of 4 times in 4 days! It was a nightmare. DO NOT RENT FROM JONI'S BEACH RENTAL. They don't care about their customers, and won't call you back if you have a problem. |

Comments: Our family had made reservations there for 14 of us. When we get there they claimed they didn't know that many was coming. I think they had the two smallest rooms they had for us. Part of us left and went to another place and the others stayed as long as they could stand it until they found a place to stay. The room had cockroaches and they said they would take care of it. But the next day when we went by we seen others coming out of the room. The place used to be a lot better but it had been several years since we had family that stayed there. They have let it go and are not taking care of it. |

Comments: The owner was excellent and helped us out when we needed a place after arriving. Our other place we had previously booked at we had problems with and the lady with Ocean Terrace helped us find a place to stay. She put us in a townhouse our first night and in the condos for the next two nights, then we went back to the townhouse for the remainder of our trip. The condo was very clean and staff was excellent. We thought her prices were reasonable too compared to everyone else. We will stay with her from now on at either place. |

Comments: The rugs and sofa had huge stains that had been there for a long time. The sofa had rips. Everything is old and run down. The "pool" is more the size of a large bathtub and is only 3feet 9 inches deep. Staff is friendly. |
